Returns
If you are unsatisfied with a product purchased directly from Farewell at the time you receive it, you may return it, unused, for a refund of your purchase price (including shipping), within 15 days. Return shipping postage is not provided. Just include your order number and send it back to the return address.
Warranty
Any item that suffers from manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials may be returned for repair or replacement as needed, free of charge. Farewell will determine whether or not your product is covered by this warranty. Damage due to wear and tear, accident, improper use, or the natural breakdown of materials over extended time is not covered. However, non-warranty repairs are gladly accepted and priced accordingly.
Payment and Shipping
Farewell accepts all major credit cards via Stripe. In-stock items ship within 3 business days usually. I will post current lead times on product pages or as a header. All items ship USPS First Class Package in the USA. A tracking number will be provided. Local pick-up or drop off in Santa Fe, NM is also available. At this time, international shipping is not a standard offering but if you would like to request an item be shipped internationally, please email hello@thisisfarewell.com
Custom Work
Farewell takes on custom work on a case by case basis. If it’s something you think we’ll be stoked on and you want to collaborate on a custom product, just drop us a line and we can chat about it.
Repairs
We are firm believers of repairing your gear instead of replacing it, even if its not a Farewell product. If it’s broke, let us fix it instead of tossing it! Send us your puffy jacket to patch up or your favorite backpack that needs a zipper replaced. Just reach out and we’ll let you know if we have the tooling to take on your gear repair and discuss pricing.
